What we do, and what belongs to the authority
Moving money for others is regulated almost everywhere: a federal registration and state licences in the United States, FINTRAC in Canada, HMRC and the FCA in the United Kingdom, the central bank in the UAE, AUSTRAC in Australia. Each regime has its own capital, bonding and renewal rules.
We prepare the registration or licence file — AML programme, compliance officer, policies, ownership and source of funds — file it and follow it with the authority. Renewal dates are tracked and shown for each licence.
Good to know before you start
- In the United States, a federal registration does not replace state licences.
- Several regimes expire and must be renewed on a fixed cycle.
- The authority alone decides, and sets the pace of its review.
Licences we prepare
Fees for preparing and filing, excluding VAT. The authority's own fees and the capital are not fees.

How it works
- Scoping call
We check the activity, the market and the people, and name the licence that fits.
- Firm quote
A written quote with the fees and what they cover, before anything is signed.
- Identity check
Owners, directors and key people are verified before any work on the file.
- Application file
Programme of operations, financial plan, policies and governance, written with you.
- Filing and questions
We file the application and answer the authority's questions round after round.
- Decision
The authority decides. We stay on the file until the decision and the first obligations after it.
