  • Up-to-date articles, memorandum/articles or constitutive deed
  • Register of directors and register of shareholders
  • Ownership chart up to the natural-person beneficial owners
  • KYC, tax numbers, CVs and criminal records of the owners, directors and compliance officer
  • Description of services, currencies, corridors, volumes, customers and channels
  • List of establishments/branches and agent contracts
  • Business plan and evidence of financial capacity, capital, bond or guarantee
  • AML/CFT programme, risk assessment and reporting/recordkeeping procedures
  • Bank contracts, flow diagram and technology providers

Depending on the case

  • Fingerprints and NMLS forms for US state licences
  • Foreign criminal records for FINTRAC/FMSB
  • Lease, cash security, insurance and cash-in-transit procedures
  • Fit & proper of the BOOMs in United Kingdom
